Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy covers yasserantar.com and all of its pages. The site belongs to Yasser Antar, an art director based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

What is collected

Usage data (Google Analytics). The site uses Google Analytics 4 to see:

• which pages are visited and for how long;
• device type, operating system and browser;
• approximate location (country and city, never an exact address);
• the traffic source, such as a search engine, LinkedIn or a direct visit;
• clicks on the contact links (WhatsApp, phone and email). Only the fact of the click is recorded, not what you write afterwards.

This data does not tell me your name, phone number or email address.

Contact data. If you message me on WhatsApp or by email, I receive your number or address and what you send.

There are no sign-up forms or accounts on this site, and you are never asked to enter personal details.

Why it is used

• To improve the site and understand which pages are useful.
• To know which channels bring new clients, so I can focus on them.
• To reply to your message and deliver the work you ask for. Nothing else.

Cookies and how to block them

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (names start with _ga) to tell one visit from another. They do not contain your name or contact details.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, or install Google's official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. The site works normally without them.

Sharing

I do not sell or rent your data. Analytics data is processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. Contact details are not shared with anyone unless the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Detailed analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months, then deleted automatically. Conversations with clients are kept for as long as we work together, and afterwards only as long as legal and accounting records require.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you can ask to:

• access the personal data I hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong or incomplete;
• delete it when it is no longer needed.

Changes

This policy may be updated when new tools are added to the site. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version.
